Just meet these simple requirements each monthly qualification cycle to earn the Cash Back Rewards or the quoted APY and domestic ATM fee/surcharge refunds:

·        Conduct fifteen (15) point of sale or recurring debit card transactions using your Bank of  Wedowee MasterCard Debit card – these purchases must post and clear your account within one monthly qualification cycle.

The YOUnique checking account is available to consumer/personal account holders only. If you have met your qualifications during the “monthly qualification cycle”, we will reimburse you for ATM fees imposed during the “monthly qualification cycle” up to $10.00 per month. ATM fee reimbursements will be credited to your account on the last day of your statement cycle.  If you believe that you have not been reimbursed the correct amount, please contact us.

If you do not meet the qualification requirements in a Monthly qualification cycle, your account will still function as a no monthly maintenance fee checking account; however, it will not receive ATM fee/surcharge refunds or be eligible for rewards for that monthly qualification cycle. Fees can reduce the earnings on the account. Note: ATM withdrawals do not count as qualifying debit card transactions for purposes of earning rewards within this account.  Please note that the debit card transactions MUST post and settle your account during the “monthly qualification cycle”. They may not be in a pending state to qualify as one of the qualifications. Transactions may take one (1) or more banking days from the date the transaction was made to post and settle an account. For the purpose of "monthly qualification cycle", business day is defined as a calendar day other than a Saturday or Sunday or any of the legal public holidays. “Monthly qualification cycle” is defined as a period beginning the first business day of the calendar month through 2:30:00 pm on the last business day of the calendar month. Transactions that post and settle after 2:30 PM on the last business day of the month will carry forward to the next monthly qualification cycle.

2Applies to YOUnique CASH BACK ACCOUNT:  When the monthly statement period qualifications are met, you will receive .25% cash back on Bank of Wedowee point of sale or recurring debit card purchases that post and settle your account during the “monthly qualification cycle” up to total cash back of $100.00 per “monthly qualification cycle”. The rate for cash back and limit may change monthly .The cash back rewards will be credited to your account on the last day of your statement cycle

3Applies to YOUnique INTEREST ACCOUNT: *When the Rewards qualifications are met, the rate on your account and corresponding annual percentage yield will be tiered. If you daily balance is $10,000.00 or less, the interest rate paid on the entire balance will be 1.99% with an annual percentage yield of 2.01%.  An interest rate of .25% will be paid on your balance that is greater than $10,000.00.  Depending on the balance in the account, the combined annual percentage yield will range from 2.01% to .27%.  APYs are variable and may change at any time after the account is opened. Fees can reduce the earnings on the account.

If you do not meet the qualification requirements during the “Monthly qualification cycle, your account will still function as a no monthly maintenance fee checking account earning 0.05% APY; however, it will not receive ATM fee refunds for that monthly qualification cycle. The rate and annual percentage yield (APY) may change monthly as determined by Management. Interest will be credited to your account on the last day of the monthly qualification cycle. The Younique Interest account is a Tiered Rate account if you meet the qualification requirements during the “monthly qualification cycle”.
